2 Meat entree's , 2 side dishes, Green Salad w/dressing, Fresh baked Rolls & butter, and choice of Bottled water, iced tea, or lemonade. Prices include all plates, napkins, cups, & plastic dinner ware. All food not consumed will be wrapped and left at the event.
Same as basic Service but, Substitute Pork Ribs or tri-tip for one meat option.
Same as Basic Service but Add Prime Rib in place of other meats
Brisket, Pulled Pork, Sausage (Jalapeno Cheddar, Kielbasa, or Jalapeno Popper), Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Chicken, and Turkey Breast. (Smoked Meat loaf available for up to 70 people) Ribs, Tri-tip and Prime Rib also available for additional cost. Portion sizes approx. 4oz per item
Bacon Mac n Cheese, Texas beans, Deviled Egg Potato Salad, Cowboy Caviar, Honey Mustard Cole slaw. (Additional sides available for cost of $65 per full pan which feeds approx. 55 people. ) Portion size 4-6oz per item.

Enjoy and endless supply of our fresh French fries, or Tator tots at your catered event. Guest select their choice of 6 different seasonings and 3 condiments.
