Our Pit Master

Our Pit Master has nearly 45 years experience smoking meat.  Everything from fish to wild game and even alligator. The sensitivity of his palette allows our BBQ to stand out above the rest.   Always fresh. NEVER pre cooked, frozen, then thawed and reheated on a griddle. Right Mike!
